What is the differences between art and trade?

 I went to Van Gogh Alive (İstanbul Modern) couple of weeks ago and i realized. There are some people in the world who is artist but also there are some others who is dealer.
It's not fair to make money via works of a brilliant painter and classical songs after 100 years they died.
